Following the discovery that Foxtons had been lifting photographs from the Movello website for publication on their own website, the threat of legal action was enough for Foxtons to admit their mistake and have settled out of court. Foxtons have now removed the copied photos, have agreed to refrain from copying our photos in future and have paid licensing fees for the period that our photos were displayed on their website.
